A new chapter is on the horizon for a local ramen spot.

Raijin Ramen House, which previously closed its original location due to pandemic challenges and rising rent, is gearing up for a fresh start in Lincoln. The new eatery will find its home at 41 Lincoln Blvd, Suite 100, taking over the former Crazy Sushi space in Sterling Pointe Center.

Co-owner Xuechen Chen told What Now Sacramento that guests can look forward to Raijin’s signature bowls of tonkotsu, miso, and vegetarian ramen, alongside tempting small plates like gyoza (pan-fried Japanese dumplings) and karaage (crispy Japanese fried chicken).

“We also plan to introduce some seasonal specials at the new Lincoln location to bring something fresh to our guests,” Chen noted.

Additionally, the restaurant has applied for a beer and liquor license, promising plenty of refreshing sips to pair with the steaming noodle bowls.

Raijin Ramen House is tenatively scheduled to start welcoming Lincoln diners in mid-August 2025, so get your chopsticks ready.
