Sacramento-based personal chef Kacey Sanders is taking his meal prep business to the next level with a brand-new drive-thru eatery.
Rockstarr Kitchens will open in the former VolksWaffle space at 4140 Manzanita Ave in Carmichael, according to announcements on Sanders’ social media and an Instagram post by CREC real estate agent Lu Ann Henderson. Henderson confirmed that construction is underway with a “coming soon” teaser.
Sanders, who launched Rockstarr Meal Prep in 2023, shared a glimpse of the menu in a late November post: “Ok cats out of the bag Rockstarr kitchens is under construction 
now! All your sandwich’s your soups salads and create your own In-pasta-bowl pasta 
”
Locals can expect a mix of hearty and healthy favorites, including Chili, Clam Chowder, Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese, Meatball Subs, BLT Salads, and “The Best Mac in Sac.” It looks like the eatery will combine comfort food classics with customizable options for quick, satisfying meals.
Sanders confirmed the expansion with What Now Sacramento and said he will share additional details soon, so stay tuned for an official opening date, menu previews, and more.
