It looks like the team behind a couple of local hotspots is bringing a fresh concept to Sacramento.
Recent liquor license filings reveal a new eatery called Oak Park Bardega is planning to open at 3326 Broadway, taking over the former KC Kombucha taproom space.
The officers listed for Bardega Boys, LLC include Matthew Byrd, Roberto “Bobby” Falcon, Benjamin Liebold, and Benjamin Tamayo, many of whom are also behind Darling Aviary in Downtown Sacramento and The Flamingo House in Midtown. When reached for comment, Falcon told What Now Sacramento that the team isn’t quite ready to share details.
While specifics about the concept remain limited for now, Bardega’s Facebook page describes it as “your friendly neighborhood bardega,” and its Google Business page categorizes it as a deli. With “bar” in the name, it seems likely the group will bring their signature cocktail-forward, fun-loving energy to Oak Park.
Falcon said that more information could be shared in the coming weeks, so check back for updates. In the meantime, be sure to follow Oak Park Bardega on Facebook and Instagram.
