It has been confirmed that Starbucks will become one of the latest tenants to join a retail center that’s currently under development in Folsom Ranch, located along East Bidwell Street, south of the Highway 50 interchange.
The Shops at Folsom Ranch is part of a larger mixed-use development expected to include thousands of new homes, retail spaces, medical developments, and a sports complex.
The Shops at Folsom Ranch is developed by PCCP LLC and Cupertino-based Hunter Properties Inc. The 2,200 sqft building signed by Starbucks will entail a drive-thru window, indoor seating, and an outdoor area. The new location is expected to open in the fall of 2024. Other confirmed restaurant tenants inside the development include Chevron, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, Bento Box, and Slice House.
Additionally, the Folsom Ranch Starbucks is only one of the many new Starbucks stores coming to the Greater Sacramento area as the Seattle-based coffee chain plans for multiple locations in Natomas, Citrus Heights, Arden-Arcade, and Roseville.
