A beloved Mexican street food chain with roots in Stockton is gearing up for an expansion.

Tacos Chapala recently announced plans to open a new outpost in Sacramento by the end of July 2025. While the exact address is still under wraps, the buzz is already building, with an Instagram post drawing dozens of comments from eager locals eager for a taste.
