A massive new entertainment venue is making its way to West Sacramento.
Bakersfield-based The BLVD!—a 37,000 square foot state-of-the-art entertainment venue, restaurant, and craft cocktail bar—is opening its second location at 1298 W Capitol Ave. Slated for a summer 2025 debut, the entertainment experience will combine immersive bowling, arcade and virtual reality games, billiards, laser tag, sports viewing, crave-worthy eats, and craft cocktails under one lively roof.
“We’re thrilled to bring The BLVD! to West Sacramento and to be opening a venue that promises great food and fun for adults as well as the entire family,” said CEO David Bynum in a statement to ABC10. “The BLVD! is the perfect venue for adults, corporate clients, families and friends to get together in a fun, high-energy environment with the added excitement of bowling, sports viewing, arcade games with Americana cuisine and crafted cocktails. We can’t wait to share this experience with the community of West Sacramento.”
Originally launched in Bakersfield in 2018 through a partnership with Trifecta Management Group, The BLVD! was designed as a dynamic gathering place where locals could unwind and have some fun.
Here’s a taste of what’s coming to West Sacramento:
- 20 immersive bowling lanes with graphics, games, and animation
- Over 65 of the newest arcade and VR games
- A high-intensity laser tag arena
- Multiple billiards tables
- A VIP party lounge (hosting up to 155 guests, plus additional rooms)
- 30 HD TVs and a 17-foot “Wow Wall” screen for next-level game day viewing
The full-service restaurant will dish out inventive takes on classic pub fare, with options like loaded burgers, pizzas, salads, fries, onion rings, milkshakes, and dirty sodas. At the bar, guests can sip on signature cocktails, local craft brews, and a curated selection of wines.
Hiring is officially underway for a high-energy, hospitality-driven team to help bring this exciting vision to life. A representative for the company told What Now Sacramento that The BLVD! is looking to recruit over 100 local team members to join the fun.
