Earlier this year, we covered The Melt, the restaurant chain known for gourmet grilled cheese and burgers, is coming to The Davis Collection. Now, the chain has confirmed another upcoming location at The Boulevard Center in Campus Commons, anticipated to open by the end of this year or early 2024.

The Boulevard Center is located on a 3-acre lot and will include two buildings. The west building, which includes 11,409 square feet of retail space, is expected to be completed by Dec. 15. Confirmed tenants, including The Melt, will then enter the building and begin renovation of their spaces. Meanwhile, the larger east building, containing 19,647 square feet of retail space, is expected to be completed in mid-January.

The Melt is planned for a 2,510-square-foot space in the west building. Another confirmed tenant for the west building is Parklife Nail Salon & Spa and a Cold Stone Creamery franchise. By the time of this coverage, a representative from The Melt was not available for comments. Note that there is no confirmed suite number at the moment and the address used for The Melt is the primary address of the development site.
