The One Spot, a new taproom founded by local craft beer fans and industry veterans, is filling the former Craft Beer Vault space at 6508 Lonetree Blvd., Suite 108, inside Rocklin 65 Retail Plaza. This news was first seen in the Sacramento Business Journal.
Partners Eric Newell, Brian Palmer, Owen Roswald, Keerthy Muddahanumaiah and Suresh Kannan are planning to open the taproom in a few weeks upon completing some final cosmetic touches to the space, including a speakeasy lounge-inspired space in the back of the building and some patio improvements. “Our speakeasy inspired lounge area will be ready to welcome everyone with a tasty beverage in hand including beer, wine, cider, hard seltzers & kombuchas too! We’re currently exploring and tasting some of the wine-based cocktails that are growing in popularity, including a very tasty Espresso Martini on draft that we could offer in place of traditional cocktails,” Newell told What Now Sacramento in an email.
Once open, The One Spot will operate Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The business will also have 10 televisions throughout the space for sporting events. A dream coming true for the partners who connected over their shared passion, The One Spot aims to become a space where others can share their own love for craft beer and have a good time.
