Last week, Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice teased its very first Sacramento outpost, but they kept the exact location under wraps. Now, the secret is out.
According to the brand’s website, fans will soon be able to find the tropical treat at 1013 2nd St, right on the Old Sacramento waterfront. Franchisees Jonnie Dang and Tammy Nguyen, who already run the brand’s Stockton shop, told What Now Sacramento they’re thrilled to bring Ululani’s signature shave ice to a new spot.
Sacramento locals can expect the full Ululani’s experience: 60+ flavors made from real fruit purées over fluffy ice, plus vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, and allergen-friendly options. Guests can mix and match sizes, flavors, toppings, and even choose between ice cream or azuki beans for a fully customizable treat.
An official opening date hasn’t been announced yet, so be sure to follow @ululanis.oldsac on Instagram for updates. The bio captures the couple’s excitement perfectly: “Aloha, from Maui, Lahaina Historic District to Old Sacramento Waterfront!”
