Alsies is a tech-enabled, North Carolina-based ice cream truck franchise founded by Travis Kososki in 2020. It reimagines the classic neighborhood ice cream truck by combining nostalgia with modern technology, allowing users to track trucks in real-time, get alerts, and request stops via a mobile app. There are now more than 40 franchises running Alsies Ice Cream Trucks throughout the country.
“Alsies’ tech-enabled trucks and mobile-first platform have reimagined the ice cream truck experience to provide a curated menu of gourmet treats to the community, making each day a little brighter and sweeter,” the Alsies website read.
“Our trucks roll out every day, delivering happiness to your doorstep.”
Menu items include the classics and characters, Gourmet Sammies by Nightingale, pops, and more. Alsies also offers packaged Mexican and gourmet ice creams in addition to event catering.
Alsies Ice Cream Trucks are expected to start operating in the Schertz, Selma, Universal City, and Converse areas this spring.
