Ardēre Braceria Italiana is revving up to bring an elevated fine dining Italian experience to the streets of San Antonio. The new Italian cuisine concept comes from the great minds behind the beloved local steakhouse, J-Prime, and all-you-can-eat Brazilian eatery, Chama Gaúcha. Listed under “JPrime Italia,” a permit for the new Italian restaurant shows that construction is slated to start this month and wrap up by the end of August.
MYSA reports a fall 2026 opening for Ardēre Braceria Italiana. The address listed on the permit is linked to the two booming San Antonio restaurants’ corporate office. At this time, where Ardēre Braceria Italiana will open remains a mystery.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the director of operations at J-Prime, Fernando Arantes, to dig up some more details on this upcoming opening. However, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“A new Italian concept is coming to San Antonio,” reads the Ardēre Braceria Italiana website.
But, unfortunally that’s all that’s listed for this upcoming new Italian dining experience.
The menu also remains a mystery, but with J-Prime and Chama Gaúcha accolades, we can expect a spectacular showing.
It doesn’t appear that the new restaurant has any social media pages just yet. But we’re sure you will hear more about this eatery sooner rather than later. So, keep your ears open and your eyes peeled for the latest.
The anticipated San Antonio debut of Ardēre Braceria Italiana is this Fall.
(This is a developing story. Once more information is made available, we will update the article. Stay tuned!)
