Cookie manufacturing and delivery company Tiff’s Treats is planning to open its first outpost in Cibolo. According to recent public records, the business is opening shop at 813 Cibolo Valley Drive. Nearby establishments include CVS, Little Caesars Pizza, and a Chipotle that’s opening in May.

What Now San Antonio was unable to reach a Tiff’s Treats representative before the time of publication, but the application provides some insight into what’s to come.

The renovation work on the 1,713-square-foot space, which is described as an “interior remodel for cookie delivery,” is slated to begin on September 1 and finish on December 1. The firm executing the job is ENTOS Design, and, in total, it will cost an estimated $400,000.

For readers who aren’t familiar with the cookie company, Tiff’s is known as “the original warm cookie delivery” business. Started in 1999 by Tiffany Taylor and Leon Chen while they were students at The University of Texas at Austin, Tiff’s opened its first brick-and-mortar establishment in 2003 in a bungalow at MLK & Nueces that still services UT and downtown today.

Presently, Tiff’s operates over 70 locations across Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas.

An opening date has not yet been announced, so follow Tiff’s Treats on Facebook and Instagram for additional updates.
