A new restaurant dubbed Riverside F&B will take up residence at 101 Newell Ave in Tobin Hill according to a new construction permit filed yesterday, Mar 30, with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
A representative of Riverside F&B did not return a request for comment.
Details regarding the new project remain thin, however, the TDLR filing stipulates that Riverside F&B will consist of “one main restaurant building with indoor dining and [a] separate back bar structure with outdoor seating between the two buildings.
Meanwhile, it is noted that construction on the 5,200-square-foot space should kick off Aug 1, 2023, with a projected completion date of Aug 1, 2024.
