Spoon + Fork is planning to open a new restaurant in New Braunfels, bringing the concept to Solms Landing Retail at 2292 Sophie Ln., Suite 107.

The project, listed under TABS2026028696, while registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, calls for the construction of a first-generation restaurant within an existing shell building. The planned restaurant will span approximately 2,625 square feet, with an estimated construction cost of $328,000.

According to project records, work is scheduled to begin October 12, 2026, with completion targeted for February 8, 2027.

WhatNow San Antonio reached out to Thana Trepetch, who confirmed that they are the owner of Spoon + Fork and that the upcoming New Braunfels location is planned for the Solms Landing Retail development.

The project is described as a renovation and alteration of an existing shell space at Solms Landing Retail. The work is privately funded and will be completed on private property.

The new restaurant will be designed by Studio HMA, with Kari Thomas listed as the registered architect for the project.

At this time, additional details about Spoon + Fork’s menu, design and opening date have not been announced.

With construction scheduled to begin in October, the project is currently registered and moving through the development process.
