The pilates studio is being kept relatively under wraps right now.
From a recent project filing, Ignite Pilates Studio is coming to 21 Herff Road, Suite 102 in Boerne. The studio will be near the intersection of Oak Park Drive on the south end of the city. Right now, the team is working on the buildout of the space.
The listed owner of the project is local Lindsay Dennis. She is a local realtor in the Boerne area who is also a fitness enthusiast. When contacted, Dennis told What Now San Antonio she and the team do not have anything to share at this time.
The building is on the east side of Herff Road, and features The Daily Dough By Kameryn. This is on the south side of the Oak Park Drive intersection, and a short drive from Boerne City Park. The city is about a half-hour drive north of San Antonio.
In the filing, the space is 1,365 square feet, and interior work on the reception desk, workout area and break room still need to be done. As of now, the team has not set up social media accounts for the new Boerne site.
