The Vineyard is putting final touches on their brand new shopping center in Murrieta. Aerostat Creamery will round out the food options at the site, joining Blaze Pizza and R&B Tea.
Labeled as an old fashioned ice cream parlor, Aerostat Creamery looks to transport their guests back 100 years with their traditional sweet treats. Their whimsical branding is reminiscent of hot air balloon rides in the Temecula Valley with a steampunk aesthetic.
On the menu, guests can indulge in house-made flavors like Rocky Road, Neapolitan, and Mint Chocolate Chip. According to their website, their ice cream options are made fresh with local dairy products, real fruit and no artificial ingredients.
More unique flavor options include Dill Pickle and Pumpkin Spice. Their shop promises rotating flavors plus dairy-free options and seasonal specialties.
What Now San Diego reached out to Owner Tyson Carter for an update on the opening timeline for Aerostat Creamery. Other tenants are expected to begin opening doors at The Vineyard this Fall. Get to know Aerostat Creamery by visiting their website and follow on Instagram for updates.
