Alejandra’s Fine Mexican Food & Cantina finally has an opening timeline in North County. The new concept by Grand Restaurant Group was expected to open back in July in Carlsbad but was pushed back for unknown reasons.
The upscale Mexican restaurant took over the former Ignite Bistro and Wine space at the West Bluff Plaza Shopping Center in Fall of 2021. The 5,600-square-foot space is outfitted with two bars for gathering and lounging, as well as spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas with hillside views. Alejandra’s menu is under wraps at the moment but is expected to reveal a fresh take on classic dishes and cocktails.
Grand Restaurant Group is expanding their portfolio of local restaurants in Southern California and crossing state lines to expand in Texas as well. The hospitality group operates multiple locations of six unique restaurant concepts including Nick & G’s, Bellamy’s, DiCicco’s, and Giaola Italian Kitchen. Another outpost of Alejandra’s Cantina is currently in the works in Frisco, TX as well.
According to a recent hiring notice, Grand Restaurant Group shares that Alejandra’s Fine Mexican Food & Cantina is expected to open in November 2022. Visit the restaurant’s Website for more information.
