All That Shabu, a Korean hotpot restaurant in Los Angeles and Orange County, is reportedly opening a new location in Mira Mesa at 8105 Mira Mesa Blvd.

The company’s third location is set to move across from the Village at Mira Mesa Shopping Mall, according to an application being processed by the San Diego Department of Environmental Health and Quality. There is no exact opening date. Owner Kyeoung Youn has sites in Irvine at 15315 Culver Dr #145 and Alhambra at 100 E. Main St. Earlier this year, it was reported that Shake Shack would be taking this site, which was the former home of Souplantation.

Customers can expect a flavorful and spicy broth made from various spices and herbs. The restaurant offers a wide range of hotpot options, including the traditional spicy beef hotpot, seafood hotpot, and vegetarian hotpot, all cooked to perfection and served with various dipping sauces. Some of the favorites from All That Shabu include filet mignon, tender flat iron steak, crispy beef belly, and savory pork belly. All meats are thinly sliced and served fresh for customers to select and cook in the hotpot at the restaurant’s table.

“All That Shabu’s menu features a variety of fresh and delicious ingredients that are locally sourced and prepared to perfection by the restaurant’s talented chefs,” according to the company’s website. “In addition to hotpot dishes, All That Shabu also offers a range of Korean appetizers, salads, and desserts that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. The restaurant provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a cozy meal with friends and family. The elegant decor and soft lighting create a relaxing ambiance that will make you feel right at home.”
