The Belching Beaver plans to grow.
“We are very excited to announce we have started construction on the expansion of our North Park tasting room,” Belching Beaver posted to Instagram on Friday. “The new speakeasy seltzer bar is projected to open in July 2021.”
The new addition will be accessible through the existing tasting room and will include a wood-fired pizza oven and an outdoor patio with firepits.
“North Park is a Mecca for great beer and food and we’re excited to expand our location and bring something new to the area,” Belching Beaver Marketing Manager Haley Smith said. “We’re constantly evolving as a brand and this is another project and endeavor we are really excited to bring to life and share with our amazing customers and friends.”
The Belching Beaver Brewery was created from a desire to make great beer and have “dam good times.”
Launched in 2012, the award-winning craft beer company is focused on offering quality craft beer and inspiring good times. From easy-drinking blondes, triple IPAs, milk stouts, imperial stouts, as well as sours and barrel-aged beers, the Belching Beaver Brewery wants to have something for everybody.
There are about 300 places in San Diego that carry Belching Beaver beer on draft.
