The Lost Abbey, a craft brewery that’s been ‘turning water into beer since 2006,’ has some changes in the works. According to The San Diego Union Tribune, the brewery recently look over a century-old church on J St. in San Diego and has plans to convert it to a tasting room.

That holy war is waged in the form of a line of Belgian-inspired brews and a line of San Diego/west coast style beers.
The San Diego Union Tribune reports the tasting room will open in the historic 2,400 square foot space with ground and basement floors by mid-September. In addition to the two floors, the property boasts a 3,200 square foot patio space.
