Chocolate Bash, the destination for crepes and waffles in the L.A.-area, is planning a new branch for San Diego.
The company, founded by Rasha Albasha, first opened its doors in 2015 and the quick success of the company was evident from the first few months of operation.
“Our first location was on Newport Beach. We had lines out the door with zero advertising,” Albasha told What Now San Diego.
From there, Albasha set out to open new locations as the first franchise opened in Claremont in 2019.
Chocolate Bash’s menu features sweet crepes, waffles, fruit salads, Belgian chocolate dipped fruits, hot and cold drinks, and more. At Chocolate Bash, customers can build their own pastries by choosing either a crepe, waffle, pancake, or mini-pancake and complete it with toppings such as mini-marshmallows, fruits, brownie bites, maple syrup, and more.
Also available are Bash specials like the Bash Roll that comes with a crepe rolled with up to two fruits topped with Belgium chocolate.
Albasha has plans for further expansion. With Chocolate Bash set to open its fifth location in Glendale in June or July.
“There are still plenty of territories available,” Albasha added. ” “If someone has a passion for this business and wants to be a part of the Chocolate Bash expansion, now really is the time to get on board.”
