El Dorado Cocktail Lounge in Downtown San Diego will be making some updates soon in line with their new ownership. There San Diego shares that Pouring With Heart has recently taken over El Dorado from Nathan, Marshall and Matthew Stanton, and friend Ryan Kuntz.

Fans of the classy but divey bar on Broadway should be pleased to hear the space itself and staff will be kept together. In revamping El Dorado, Pouring With Heart is planning to build on the bars’ reputation for craft cocktails in a non-pretentious setting. El Dorado will move away from late night DJ sets and go back to their roots as a stylish cocktail lounge.

Pouring With Heart works with many beloved bars across Los Angeles, Austin, San Diego, and Denver to preserve their place in historic areas and popular neighborhoods while empowering their bartenders and in-house management. The hospitality group takes great pride in their dedication to the bartending craft and career goals of their people who are the true heart of their business ventures.

El Dorado will reportedly close temporarily in January 2023 for a brief refresh and should reopen the same month. Stay updated by following their Instagram and get to know Pouring With Heart at their Website.
