Restaurant and brewery, Gravity Heights, is expecting to add a new adaptation of their Sorrento Valley brewpub. SanDiegoVille first reported that Gravity Heights parent company Whisknladle Hospitality group is planning to expand to an undisclosed location in San Diego’s Mission Valley

Whisknladle Hospitality operates Catania in La Jolla as well as Gravity Heights in Sorrento Valley. Pandemic shutdowns forced the Whisknladle team to close operations at their former restaurants, Whisknladle and Park Commons.

Now the team is doubling down on the Gravity Heights concept, which features a contemporary menu of American eats and beers crafted by industry pro Skip Virgilio.

On their menu you can find a mix of shareable plates, gourmet salads, wood-fired pizzas, burgers, and tacos. Weekends offer Brunch, with options like Chilaquiles and a Pork Belly Hash. Their current space in Sorrento Valley offers perfect options for large groups, with an outdoor beer garden and plenty of comfortable seating.

No word yet on what sized space the new Gravity Heights will fit into in Mission Valley. Reports say we can look forward to a second location in 2023. Stay updated by following their Instagram page.
