Hasta Manana Cantina has opens its doors in downtown San Diego. From the visionary team behind The Smoking Gun comes a vibrant celebration of Baja Coastal Cuisine that promises to tantalize taste buds and transport diners to the sun-drenched beaches of Mexico.

Owned by industry veterans Aron Langellier, Dave Jones, Chef Kevin Templeton, and Todd Brown (of Bub’s fame), Hasta Manana Cantina is the destination for TACOS and Tequila. Boasting a seating capacity of 158, this vibrant eatery invites guests to indulge in an array of meticulously crafted dishes and drinks that capture the essence of Mexican hospitality.

“Our vision for Hasta Manana Cantina is simple yet bold,” says Aron Langellier, co-owner in a statement. “We want to create a space where guests can escape the ordinary and immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of Mexican flavors and culture.”

From appetizers like Mole Wings and Skillet Elote to signature tacos, burritos, and entrees, every dish on the menu is a testament to the team’s dedication to authenticity and quality.

“We’re thrilled to share our passion for Mexican cuisine with the people of San Diego,” says Chef Kevin Templeton. “Each dish is a labor of love, prepared fresh daily with the finest ingredients and a whole lot of heart.”

Hasta Manana Cantina is located in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter at 310 Fifth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101. Hours of operation are Sunday-Thursday: 11AM – 11PM and Friday-Saturday: 11AM – 2AM.
