Huckleberry’s is ready to spread the Southern Flair to North County San Diego. The franchise has 18 locations currently open and 7 more on the way, including their spot in Escondido on Auto Park Way

The project is led by Heritage Restaurant Brand partners Greg Graber, Chip Anderson, and David Glennon, who recently announced the news on the Huckleberry’s Facebook that they’ll be joining in as Franchise Owners. Heritage Restaurant Brands also manage franchise opportunities for Cool Hand Luke’s Steakhouse and Perko’s Cafe Grill from their headquarters in San Luis Obispo.

Huckleberry’s promises to bring the “best breakfast and lunch this side of the ol’ Mississippi,” according to their social media. Menu highlights include Hot Iron Skillet Scrambles, French Quarter French Toast, and N’Awlins Sandwiches.

No exact opening date has been released but we can expect a full Southern breakfast heading our way in Spring 2022. Check out their menu and keep updated by visiting their Facebook page.
