Joyee’s Dumpling House looks to be on the move again in North County. According to real estate intel obtained by What Now San Diego, the Chinese restaurant is expected to join Oceanside’s Quarry Creek Plaza replacing a former Smashburger in a 2,300-square-foot space. Alexis Couch of San Diego-based commercial real estate brokerage Location Matters represented Joyee’s Dumpling House on the deal.

Established in 2018, Joyee’s Dumpling House now operates four restaurants in Poway, 4S Ranch, Torrey Highlands, and Vista. Locations offer dine-in and takeout in a fast-casual setting.

Serving authentic Chinese cuisine, Joyee’s specialty is its steamed buns and dumplings. Their menu also includes wonton soups, a variety of noodle and rice dishes, the popular Beef Wrap, plus daily lunch specials.

No word yet on when we can expect the latest location of Joyee’s Dumpling House to open. Stay updated by following Joyee’s Dumpling House on Instagram.
