A brand new eatery, All Aboard Charcuterie and Provisions, will debut next year at 2724 Shelter Island Drive in San Diego’s Shelter Island neighborhood.

The new concept will move into the former home of Paragon Deli Cafe, according to a recent application submitted to the city of San Diego. This is the latest from Shauna Moran Brown, who previously worked at iHeartMedia as their Director of Rock Programming for iHeartMedia San Diego and PD of Classic Rock 101.5 KGB and Active Rock KIOZ (Rock 105.3) for 30 years. Now, she and her business partner, Sibila Reyes, are planning to open All Aboard Charcuterie and Provisions sometime next year.

“Today starts a new chapter,” Shauna Moran Brown announced on social media a few weeks ago. “My dearest friend of 14 years and I decided to go into business together! Coming 2025, All Aboard Charcuterie & Provisions will be open for business! Our storefront will be open on Shelter Island. Plus, we will provide catering and private party rentals. Stay tuned for more details and links to our social!

When the new fast-casual concept opens next year, customers can expect a variety of charcuterie boards, boxes, and sit-down dining. The new business will also offer catering services featuring charcuterie carts, grazing tables, private venue rental, and more! The two business owners will find this location excellent, as it will be at the entrance of Shelter Island. This will make it a perfect spot to grab a bite to eat before an evening show or sunset.
