Construction is underway at Del Mar Highlands Town Center to introduce the upscale Steakhouse restaurant called Steak 48. Steak 48 recently shared initial art renderings of their new 12,000 square-foot space.
Mock up illustrations show the elegantly designed exterior of the restaurant, with visibility from Del Mar Heights Rd and El Camino Real. According to coverage by Del Mar Times, Testani Design Troupe and Nelson Architects are working with co-founders Jeffrey Mastro and Michael Mastro on Del Mar’s latest destination restaurant.
The luxury-focused Steak 48 is open in Houston, Philadelphia, Charlotte, and Chicago, with another headed for Beverly Hills this year.
Featuring a menu of expertly sourced steak and seafood options, Steak 48 serves American-bred Wagyu beef from Mishima Reserve and hand cut by their in-house butchers. Their glass-enclosed raw bar is proudly displayed with East and West Coast Oysters, Iced Alaskan King Crab Legs, and Colossal Shrimp or Maine Lobster Cocktail.
Steak 48 is expected to open in Del Mar by Spring 2023. Get to know Steak 48 by visiting their Website.
