Tajima Ramen looks to be experiencing a growth spurt. After closing a location in Long Beach and Tijuana in recent years, the Ramen spot is beefing up their lineup of San Diego area restaurants with new locations in National City and Crown Point this year.

In addition to their two new restaurant spaces, Tajima is now planning an entrance to a local ghost kitchen. According to a new permit filing, Tajima Ramen will join the lineup of takeout-only options at the Aztec Food Hub in the College Area.

Aztec Food Hub debuted earlier this year by LA-based company CloudKitchens. The location is a sister business to Barrio Logan’s Barrio Food Hub.

Tajima Ramen will join the lineup alongside brands like The Radical Beet, Cali BBQ, The Gumbo Pot, and more.

No word yet on when to expect grab-and-go ramen, rice bowls, and Japanese-inspired tacos. Keep updated by following Tajima Ramen on Instagram.
