The Charcuterie Girls, a catering company specializing in serving delicious charcuterie boards, is preparing to open a storefront in San Diego at 4085 Pacific Highway, Site 105B.
The company, led by owner Katie Davis, is getting ready to open at the corner of Pacific Highway Frontage Road and Couts Street, next to Pacific Highway, according to recent documentation submitted to the San Diego Department of Environmental Health and Quality. The Charcuterie Girls will open their first brick-and-mortar in the former home of Allegory Tattoo and, before that, Bootstrap Kombucha. Davis tells What Now San Diego that she expects to open in early Spring 2025.
When the new charcuterie-focused business opens in a few months, customers can expect a variety of boards, cups, lunch boxes, and grazing tables. Each charcuterie board features various quality meat, cheese, vegetables, and fruits. Now and when The Charcuterie Girls opens next year, the business is also available for special events and private parties. What’s most notable about this new business is its dedication to family, which inspired this concept.
“We love our family,” according to the company’s website. “A big, giant, expanding family that gathers together for all occasions — large and small. Aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, and grandchildren. There is always lots of food and lots of fun. This is the essence of our lives, and we love sharing our obsession with you. Outside of motherhood, I enjoy making the ordinary beautiful. Whether it’s a home, a person, a party, or a food spread, I know how to create something through visuals and aesthetics that become truly unique and special.”
