The San Francisco Department of Public Health conducted a health inspection at Fiestabowls LLC on January 29. The inspection report cited multiple health code violations, requiring correction prior to reinspection.

Fiestabowls LLC serves Mexican snacks and fruit-filled treats. According to the inspection report, the violations are:
- No food safety manager certification was available on site at the time of inspection.
- The inspection report stated that two of the three hand sinks, including the restroom sink, lacked soap, and none had paper towels. The inspector directed the operator to immediately restock supplies during the visit.
- Packaged cheese was found at about 66°F on a prep table near a warm crepe machine and not actively in use. The inspection report noted the cheese was out of refrigeration for approximately 15 minutes before being moved back to cold storage.
- A shallow pot of cooked corn measured 79°F and was voluntarily discarded.
- The report said no sanitizer solution was available more than four hours after opening. A bleach sanitizer solution was prepared during the inspection.
- Rodent droppings were found in the storage room, and staff cleaned the affected areas during the inspection.

- The report said debris was observed behind the chest freezer, in cooler gaskets, under a prep table, and on the walk-in cooler floor.
- An ice cream scoop was stored in room-temperature water next to the ice cream cooler.
- The license certificate and health permit to operate were not posted on site.

According to the report, the eatery will undergo a reinspection on or after February 5, 2026. The establishment is required to correct all noted violations before the follow-up inspection.
