According to a pending planning application found in city public records, a concept called 7 Leaves Cafe is proposed for Ingleside Heights. If approved, the cafe will be moving into the H Mart shopping center at 3931 Alemany Blvd.

7 Leaves Cafe originated out of Orange County, focusing on the simplicity of their natural ingredients to create a high-quality beverage. Having expanded into the Bay Area, Nevada, and Texas, 7 Leaves franchises are known for serving milk teas, Vietnamese coffee, and macarons.

Aside from their sweet menu, 7 Leaves Cafe is also known to have drive-thrus at many of their establishments, making it convenient for bubble tea lovers to grab their boba fix on the go. It is unclear whether the potential new location in San Francisco will offer the same convenience.

At the time of publication, representatives for this potential 7 Leaves Cafe location tell What Now San Francisco that because permitting with the city is still in the works, they cannot confirm anything at this time. They add that if all is approved and goes according to plan, development of this location can take anywhere from six months to a year.

Correction: An earlier version of this article said that representatives for 7 Leaves could not be reached, but they’ve since been in touch with What Now San Francisco to discuss their latest stage of development.
