A new bar inspired by coastal Italy is coming to the city of San Francisco

Bar Sprezzatura will open in the fall of this year in Financial District at One Maritime Plaza.

Describing itself as an “aperitivo” — the Italian version of Happy Hour — and “cicchetti” bar, which refers to delicious bite-sized appetizers that are served with the drink, Bar Sprezzatura aims to create the relaxed elegance of the Italian coasts.

Notable mixologist Carlo Splendorini has partnered with them and they will serve small plates such as shellfish, crudo, tins, fritti, and focaccia.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the CEO of TableOne Hospitality, Patric Yumul, but he was unavailable to comment at the moment.
