According to a recently signed lease, Bay Area pizzeria chain Tandoori Pizza plans to debut a new outpost in Sunnyvale.

Coming to 1271 E Calaveras Boulevard, the eatery will land near establishments such as Cristy Donuts, the dim sum spot Cheung Hing Restaurant, and Smoove Ice Cream.

The concept’s owner, Tejinder Singh — “a UC Davis graduate with a passion for culinary innovation” — and the Tandoor Pizza marketing team offer What Now San Francisco a brief introduction to the concept in a recent email exchange: “Tandoori Pizza is bringing its bold and flavorful fusion of Indian and Italian cuisine to Milpitas… This new spot will offer fan favorites like our signature Butter Chicken Pizza and Achari Paneer Pizza — plus a full menu of flavorful pastas, juicy wings, and crave-worthy appetizers that blend traditional Indian spices with classic comfort food.”

“Tandoori Pizza was born from the idea that food should be adventurous, inclusive, and unforgettable. From handcrafted sauces to thoughtfully selected ingredients, every item on the menu reflects a commitment to quality and bold, exciting flavors.”

“We’re thrilled to serve the South Bay community and can’t wait to welcome you! Grand opening details coming soon,” the statement concludes.

Stay tuned for updates.
