According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, the Santa Clara-based bistro Bloom is expanding its Bay Area presence.
Coming to 225 W Santa Clara Street, the eatery will land near establishments such as the coffee shop Dr.ink, Market Bar, and the coffee shop Voyager.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, Reza Manion, to inquire about their plans for the spot, but they could not provide additional information before publication.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the restaurant, it offers a brief introduction on its website: “Welcome to BLOOM! We are a brand new, modern breakfast and lunch bistro, located in the heart of Santa Clara, CA.”
The statement continues, “Our goal is to take America’s favorite breakfast and lunch dishes and provide new, unique and healthy plates. Our inspiration is derived from sourcing local quality ingredients that are fresh and flavorful. We aim to take a minimalist approach while striving to also provide options that are vegetarian friendly.”
“It is all about bringing families, friends and members of the community together to celebrate life and love around a table. Bloom is a tribute to timeless recipes coupled with California cooking and warm hospitality.”
An opening date has not been announced yet. Stay tuned for updates.
