It looks like Mexican restaurant Chapala is opening a third location. According to real estate data, the restaurant has signed a lease at 2390 Fairview Avenue in Brentwood. What Now San Francisco reached out, but a representative for Chapala declined to comment.
Chapala has been around in Fontana since 2016, and opened its Colton spot a few years later. The restaurant specializes in Jalisco-style, traditional Mexican food, and makes nearly all its fare from scratch. Presumably, the new location in Brentwood will serve up the same fresh, classic ingredients.
We don’t have many details as to when the restaurant may open, but when it does, we’ll be first in line for some of that “famous birria” (beef stew).
