According to a recent press release, City Center Bishop Ranch — “the open-air dining, shopping, and entertainment hub in downtown San Ramon” — will soon become home to Mediterranean restaurant Alora.

“Situated in a 6,900-square-foot space on the corner of Sunset Drive and Bishop Drive, Alora is set to open its second location in late February, marking its entry into the East Bay after launching in San Francisco last year,” the release shares.

“Known for evoking coastal charm while offering an elevated dining experience, the restaurant will boast a menu inspired by the vibrant flavors, ingredients, and dishes from countries spanning the vast Mediterranean coastline with market-driven California cuisine.”

What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s co-owner, Anu Bhambri — who is also the restaurateur behind popular concepts Pippal and ROOH — to inquire about his plans for the spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Stay tuned for updates.
