Dipsomania, a restaurant group focused on “providing people with an unmatched social experience while quenching the insatiable thirst for alcohol,” is reintroducing its concept Spread — this time in San Jose.

According to a pending alcohol license application, the eatery is coming to 170 Jackson Street in Japantown, near establishments such as 7 Bamboo Lounge, Shabu Time, and Omogari.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Jordan Trigg, Dipsomania’s President, who shared that he plans to “bring back the full Spread menu” — meaning a wide array of sandwiches, appetizers such as wings and meatball eggrolls, burgers, and ice cream, as well as beer and wine.

In addition to Spread, Dipsomania operates And Jill’s, Jack’s, Jtown Pizza, 7 Bamboo Lounge, Sidewalk Beers, The Beerwalk, and Your Pour Cocktail Catering.

Spread in San Jose is slated to open in spring 2024.
