According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, El Perri Latin Food is planning to open a brick-and-mortar location in San Jose.

Coming to 960 S 1st Street, the eatery will land near establishments such as Clandestine Brewing, Trine’s Cafe, and Wienerschnitzel.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, Valentina Ortiz, to inquire about her plans for the spot, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, according to El Perri’s Facebook page, the concept currently operates a restaurant at 6 San Jose Avenue and offers Columbian-American cuisine — think burgers, hotdogs & fries topped with carnitas, nachos, and empanadas.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
