According to an on-sale beer and wine license application pending since November 29, Fish & Things Poke Bar is taking over a new space at 1849 E Capitol Expressway in San Jose. Establishments in the vicinity include Wendy’s, Miyuki Japanese Restaurant, Subway, and Little Ceasars Pizza.

The restaurant is currently located at 7423 Laguna Boulevard, Suite 300 in Elk Grove. It’s unclear whether the restaurant is moving or opening a second space, but applications to become a franchisee are available on the restaurant’s website.

Fish & Things Poke Bar, known for serving “custom poke bowls, plus fish tacos and tuna burgers, in a cheery space with outdoor seating,” is a Bay Area-based fast-casual eatery that offers delivery and catering options, in addition to in-restaurant dining.

An opening date has not yet been announced, and What Now San Francisco was unable to speak to a company representative by publication.
