Hiro Igarashi and Nori Akasaka opened their namesake restaurant, HiroNori Craft Ramen, in Irvine back in 2017. Since then, they’ve only been expanding. With locations in Long Beach, San Diego, Pasadena, Santa Fe Springs, Santa Clara, and Sand Canyon, HiroNori has now introduced their authentic tonkotsu, shoyu, and vegan ramen to Californians all over the state.
Long lauded for their fresh take on vegan broth, commitment to Japanese tradition, and high-quality ingredients, the ramen connoisseurs are reportedly now headed to Cupertino. It looks like HiroNori’s newest location will be in Cupertino Village, at 10815 N Wolfe Rd, around the corner from the 99 Ranch Market and Ume Tea.
At the presumed new spot, customers should expect the same original recipes and star treatment offered up at all of the restaurant’s locations. According to their website, Hiro and Nori are committed to the restaurant’s mission: to make the world a better place, one bowl of ramen at a time. Rumor has it that Hiro even contemplated selling an organ just to get the original spot up and running.
