Los Gatos Restaurateur Ross Hanson — the owner of Oak & Rye artisanal pizzeria — plans to debut a new concept in Morgan Hill, according to Mercury News.

Coming to The Granary on Depot Street, The Silos will land near establishments such as Noah’s Bar & Bistro, Pono Wellness Spa, and The Running Shop & Hops.

“We are thrilled to have found such a unique and cool space that embodies Morgan Hill’s agricultural roots, and we look forward to serving the Morgan Hill community,” Hanson tells Morgan Hill Times.

The reports share that the space is newly constructed and will be able to accommodate about 52 patrons indoors and offer patio seating for 27.

The Silos is slated to open in 2024, however, the cuisine and menu have not been announced yet.
