According to a recently submitted permit application, Chandi Hospitality Group — a franchise group and real estate developer based in Northern California — is bringing a new Mountain Mike’s Pizza outpost to Santa Rosa.

Coming to 1050 Santa Rosa Avenue, the eatery will land near establishments such as Sam’s Donuts, Session Climbing, and Strong’s Gold Service.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the concept, “the first Mountain Mike’s Pizza restaurant was established in 1978 in Palo Alto, California,” according to the restaurant’s website. After more than 40 years in business, Mountain Mike’s Pizza now boasts over 250 restaurants throughout Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Utah.

The Mountain Mike’s Pizza menu includes pizza, wings, sandwiches, and salads. They also offer sides like loaded fries, garlic bread with cheese, and mozzarella sticks—and the desserts: mini churros, pizza cookies, and cinnamon pizza.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Chandi Hospitality to inquire about the expansion, but they could not provide additional information before publication.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
