According to the North Bay Business Journal, Napa Valley wine brand Flora Springs, as well as the 139-year-old estate, now belong to new owners Gina Gallo and Jean-Charles Boisset.

“Beyond the Flora Springs brand itself, which includes the Trilogy red and Soliloquy white blends, its tasting venue… was an attractive draw to the deal,” the Journal reports. “Built in 1995, its design with undulating geometries and colors was inspired by the work of renowned Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi,” the statement continues.

“We adore to create vibrant and resonant destinations for our guests; the beautiful site created by Flora Springs has inspired us to enhance it even further,” Boisset — CEO of the Boisset Collection — shares in a press release.

At 677 St Helena Highway in St Helena, Flora Springs is neighbor to establishments such as HALL Wines St. Helena, PRESS Restaurant, and V. Sattui Winery.
