According to a recently submitted permit application, a new concept listed as Lucuma Kitchen & Bar is landing in Oakland.
Coming to 1700 Franklin Street, the eatery will land near establishments such as Aburaya, Rush Bowls, and Sobre Mesa.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, Renzo Roca, to inquire about his plans for the spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, public records reveal that Lucuma Kitchen LLC was registered in Sacramento on October 10, 2024.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
