A new pho restaurant, Pho This Way, is coming to San Jose.
According to a recently filed beer and wine license application, the concept is taking over a suite presently home to District Seven Kitchen at 979 Story Road, near establishments such as CA Bakehouse, the Chinese restaurant Dynasty, and Pho 90 Degree.
What Now San Francisco reached out to owner Hung Tran, who confirmed the address and name of the upcoming eatery, but could not provide further information before publication.
Nevertheless, based on the name of the eatery and license application, San Jose residents can likely expect to find Vietnamese soups and cuisine alongside a beer and wine menu.
What this reveals concerning the future of District Seven Kitchen — a Vietnamese restaurant concept by Chef John Le — is still unclear.
