According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new concept listed as Uncle Cha Fusion Cafe is preparing to open in Milpitas.
Coming to 408 Barber Lane, the eatery will land near establishments such as the bubble tea shop HEYTEA, the Chinese food restaurant Jin Gege & Yao Yao, and the Japanese fare eatery Taishoken.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owners, Henry Hu and Alicia Zheng, to learn more about their plans for the upcoming location; however, they could not provide additional information before publication.
Later this year, the city is also gaining a Slice House Pizza location, opening in October across from the Great Mall in the mixed-use complex The Fields at 1286 Great Mall Parkway, as reported by What Now San Francisco in August.
A new concept, listed as Sea Wagyu House, is also arriving before the end of the year, coming to 503 E Calaveras Boulevard — near Chick-fil-A, the Mexican food restaurant El Torito, and the Chinese cuisine eatery Luu New Tung Kee Noodle — reported by What Now San Francisco back in August as well.
An opening date has not been announced yet. Follow What Now San Francisco on Facebook to stay up to date on the latest restaurant happenings in the Bay Area.
