According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new concept, listed as Sea Wagyu House, is located in Milpitas.
Coming to 503 E Calaveras Boulevard, the eatery will land near Chick-fil-A, the Mexican food restaurant El Torito, and the Chinese cuisine eatery Luu New Tung Kee Noodle.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, Chen Huang — who is also the operator of the local restaurant concept Seapot (a Korean barbecue and hotpot chain), and Supreme Crab in Redwood City — to learn more about his plans for the upcoming eatery; however, he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, drawing from the upcoming business’s name, it’s safe to assume that Wagyu steak will be on the menu.
