Sinoy’s Kitchen, an Indian take-out and catering service specializing in Kerala dishes, is opening a new spot in the Foothill Square Shopping Center in Milpitas, CA.
Head chef and co-owner Joseph Sinoy, along with his wife Linta Sinoy, have been serving up authentic, homemade Kerala dishes at their Dublin location for a while, and now they’re ready to expand. According to Linta, Foothill Square has everything they need, including lots of parking and easy access for their loyal customers from Fremont and San Jose.
“We serve only fresh food,” Linta said. “No frozen stuff. It’s all homemade on the day you order it.”
Right now, the caterers are waiting on city permits, and then they’ll have to build out the kitchen, but they expect the space to be up and running by August. But before you try to make a reservation, know that this place, like their other spot, will be take-out and catering services only. So if you’re looking to brighten up your office lunch with some great Indian food, you can soon head to the new spot at 275-473 Jacklin Road, where Joseph will be cooking up his specialties.
