Valhalla Tavern is a new bar coming to Fairfield next summer. Taking over the former Dama Beauty Supply at 711 Jackson St., Valhalla Tavern recently filed for a liquor license with the State of California. Owner Mat Hurley confirms that the space will undergo a full buildout and expects to open around July 2022

Hurley tells What Now San Francisco that they will initially debut as a bar only, but is thinking about incorporating food service after the first few years. When Valhalla Tavern finally opens, expect mouth-watering cocktails, well drinks, fresh brews, and more.

This was all the information Hurley could divulge at their current stage of planning, but we’re certain that something great is in the works for downtown Fairfield this summer. Until then, all we can do is keep an eye on this address for further developments.
